Laminators

ConQuip, Inc. builds a full line of standard and custom laminators. Applications can range from packaging materials, pressure sensitive label stock, to medical device assembly and electronic flexible circuits.

ConQuip,Inc.'s versatility allows us to offer a laminator that include's narrow webs (<1 inch), to wide webs (>100 inches). Further, we have experience with laminator speeds that are up to 1500 ft./min. and nip forces as high as 500 pli.

We offer laminators with dual driven rolls, so ratio speeds can be set and each laminator can include heated nips (to 300 deg. C).
