ConQuip has manufactured pilot production lines for the following industries: thin-film solar, lithium battery, flat panel display, medical device, aerospace, electronics and adhesive markets to name a few. Each line enlists the specific development needs of each customer and is made to their specifications.

Often our pilot lines see production duty in early product launch or company development phases. In each application, they have met the challenge with flying colors.

Pilot lines are available in any of our coater configurations. Couple the coater with the appropriate unwind and winder module, laminator, slitter or other process requirement and the applications are limitless.
