Slot Die Coater

ConQuip, Inc. provides some of the best slot die coaters available today. Success in slot die coating can generally be attributed to several key areas including; precise chemistry, accurate slot die design and effective machine designs. Once you have decided on the proper coating, we can provide you with the complete slot die station (including the die) or simply the mounting and adjusting station. We work with all of the major die suppliers like Premier Dies and EDI.

Slot die stations are available in wide-web and narrow-web versions, both offer the same level of precision.

Operator friendly features include ConQuip's MicroAdjuster precision gap system, stainless steel covers for easy clean up and easy to use control functions. Machines are available with smoothing bar options.

High precision, high speed applications often feature Ultra-Presicion ABEC-9 bearings premounted on the backing roller then ground as an assembly for the lowest T.I.R. available. Large diameter backing rollers provide added strength and stability.
